A message is counted each time a user sends a query to an AI assistant and the assistant generates a response. Messages are tallied against your monthly quota regardless of whether they originate from your website widget or WhatsApp Business. The counter resets on your billing anniversary date each month.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes. Every channel comes with a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then to avoid the first invoice.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as SEPA direct debit for European customers. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Annual plans can also be paid via bank transfer upon request.
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact our support team for a full refund. After the 14-day window we do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
Your assistant keeps answering. Every message past the included 1,000 is billed at €0.05, added to your next invoice, no service interruption, no plan change required. We notify you by email when you cross 80% and 100% of the included quota.
Yes. Italian customers on paid plans can request electronic invoices (fatture elettroniche) via the Sistema di Interscambio (SDI). To enable this, add your Codice Fiscale or Partita IVA and SDI code in your billing settings. Invoices are issued within the legally required timeframe and delivered directly to your SDI inbox.
