How is this different from ChatGPT with my docs pasted in?
ChatGPT doesn't know your SKUs, your refund window, or your warranty clauses, and will confidently invent them. Kommander retrieves from your actual documents before answering, cites the source, and escalates when confidence drops. It's a support system, not a chat toy.
How fast can I go live?

What happens when the agent doesn't know something?

Is our data used to train anyone's model?
No. Your documents, messages and user data never leave your workspace for training purposes. You can delete a knowledge source, a conversation, or your entire tenant at any time.
Do you support languages outside English and Italian?
Yes, 15+ languages with automatic detection, including Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Romanian, and more. Your knowledge base can be multilingual; the agent still answers in the customer's language.
What counts as a "message"?
One message = one assistant reply. User messages don't count. Messages from handoff humans don't count. Only the AI-generated replies tick the counter.
Who is behind Kommander?
Kommander.ai is built by Gorilli SRL, a company based in Milan, Italy (VAT IT13973770962). Support is available in English and Italian, data is hosted in the European Union, and Italian customers receive e-invoices through SDI.
How much does an AI chatbot for a website or WhatsApp cost?
Kommander charges per channel, not per seat. The external channel, for customers on your website and WhatsApp, is €150/month + VAT; the internal channel, for employees, is €50/month + VAT. Each channel includes 1,000 replies per month, then €0.05 per reply. Pricing is public, self-serve with no sales quote, and every channel has a 14-day free trial.
Does the chatbot work on WhatsApp Business?
Yes. You connect your business WhatsApp number from the dashboard, and the same assistant answers on WhatsApp and in your website widget, using the same knowledge base and the same human-handoff rules.
