Data Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your personal data, email us at privacy@kommander.ai with the subject line "Data deletion request".

Please include the email address associated with your Kommander.ai account or the social login you used. If your request concerns a third-party integration, include the name of that integration so we can identify the related records.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials in your request.

We may ask you to verify that you control the email address or account connected to the data deletion request. This helps us protect your account and prevents unauthorized deletion requests.

If we cannot identify any personal data associated with the information you provide, we will let you know.

When your request is verified, we will delete or anonymize personal data that is no longer required to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

This may include account profile data, contact information, social login identifiers, integration connection records, support messages, and related usage records linked to your account.

Some records may be retained where required by law, for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or to enforce our agreements. Where retention is required, we limit the retained data to what is necessary.

We aim to confirm receipt of your request promptly and will respond within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted by applicable law.

After deletion is completed, we will confirm the outcome by email. Backup copies may take additional time to expire according to our backup retention processes, but they are not used for active processing.
